ADHD & Executive Function Coaching
Try differently, not harder.
You probably already know a lot about what you're supposed to be doing.
Use the planner. Make the list. Start earlier. Stop procrastinating. Create a routine. Just focus.
Knowing what to do isn't always the problem.
Actually getting your brain to start, organize, prioritize, remember, transition, and follow through can be a completely different story.
That's where ADHD and executive function coaching can help.
Coaching is a collaborative process focused on helping you understand your patterns, strengthen executive function skills, and create practical strategies for the things that are getting in your way.
We're not chasing perfect productivity.
We're looking for doable.
What Does Coaching Look Like?
We start with what's happening in your life right now.
What's working?
What's frustrating you?
Where do you keep getting stuck?
What would you like to feel easier?
From there, we'll look at the executive function skills involved and experiment with strategies designed around your brain, your responsibilities, and your actual life.
That might mean creating a weekly planning system that you can actually maintain.
It might mean figuring out why you can make a beautiful to-do list but can't start anything on it.
It might mean breaking down a giant project that's been quietly haunting you from the corner of your brain.
Or it might mean realizing that the system you've been trying to force yourself to use was never a good fit in the first place.
We'll experiment.
We'll notice what works.
We'll adjust what doesn't.
Because sometimes the answer isn't to try harder.
It's to try differently.
What Can We Work On?
ADHD and executive function coaching can support you with:
Planning and prioritizing
Time management and time awareness
Getting started
Organization
Breaking down large or overwhelming projects
Creating realistic routines
Following through
Managing competing priorities
Working memory supports
Decision-making
Managing overwhelm
Accountability
Building systems for school, work, and everyday life
The goal isn't for me to hand you the perfect system.
It's for us to figure out what works for your brain so that eventually, you have a toolkit you know how to use on your own.
Choose the Support That Fits
You don't have to know exactly what kind of support you need before we start.
Some people benefit from consistent weekly coaching while they're building new skills or navigating a demanding season.
Others need more room between sessions to experiment independently while still having regular coaching and accountability.
That's why I offer two levels of support.

Build Your Rhythm May Be a Good Fit If...
You're adjusting to the independence and demands of college.
You're struggling to manage competing responsibilities at work.
You've recently been diagnosed with ADHD and are figuring out what that means for your everyday life.
You're navigating a major transition and the systems that used to work aren't working anymore.
Or you simply know that more consistent support would help you build momentum while you're creating new habits, strategies, and systems.
At the end of your initial three months, we'll look at what's working and what you need next.
You may decide to continue weekly coaching, transition to Find Your Flow, or take what you've learned and continue on your own.
The goal isn't for you to need a coach forever. It's for you to build skills and strategies you know how to use on your own.

You're working on specific executive function skills or systems.
Or you've already built some strategies and want support refining them as your needs change.
After your initial three months, Find Your Flow can continue month-to-month for as long as coaching remains useful.
Not Sure Which One You Need?
You don't have to figure that out before we talk.
That's part of what the complimentary consultation is for.
We'll talk about what's bringing you to coaching, where you're feeling stuck, what you'd like to change, and what level of support might make sense for you.
I'll answer your questions about coaching and we'll decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
No pressure. No shame spiral. Just a conversation.
For Therapists & Referral Partners
ADHD coaching can complement therapeutic work by helping clients translate insight and intentions into practical strategies and action in everyday life.
My coaching focuses on executive function skills including planning, prioritization, organization, time management, task initiation, routines, accountability, and follow-through.
I welcome referrals from therapists, counselors, educators, and other professionals.
If you're considering referring a client, I'm happy to connect with you to answer questions about my coaching approach and discuss whether ADHD and executive function coaching may be an appropriate additional support.
Coaching and Therapy Serve Different Roles
ADHD coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment.
Coaching focuses on present-day goals, executive function skills, practical strategies, accountability, and implementation.
Some clients work with both a therapist and an ADHD coach, with each relationship supporting different aspects of the client's needs.
