Oh, 2022. I see you! šŸ‘€ Update and behind the scenes happeningsā€¦

Hi Beautiful!

I donā€™t know about you, but a lot has shifted in my world in 2022. It has taken me a LONG time to get this blog out because Iā€™ve been stuck. šŸ˜¬

So instead of trying to get it ā€œbiz right,ā€ Iā€™m just going to give it to you straight in the best way I know how.

I SEE YOU. I AM YOU. I GOT YOU. šŸ˜Œ

I mentioned that I battled with anxiety in the middle of 2021. Funny how things go, once I treated my anxiety (and OCD), all the loveliness of ADHD popped up. 

 
 

Yes. Seriously. 

I know now that I have been using my anxiety and OCD to manage my ADHD all of my life. 

That means that I developed a ton of coping strategies over the years but still STRUGGLED once I received my official ADHD diagnosis at the end of 2021. 

And then it hit me: No wonder Iā€™ve always looked at this money thing from a different lens. Itā€™s thanks to my ADHD traits! 

My money coaching not only makes sense to neurotypicals, but also us ADHD folks. 

But we sometimes need a little extra ā€œsomethingā€ in addition to traditional money tools to help things stick.

Which leads me to a few updates:

  1. To make it easier to get to, I changed my website to www.KatFrogosa.com and Instagram handle to @katfrogosa (Frogosaā€™s Elite Solutions will still get you to me, though) Please be patient with me as I give the site a refresh. šŸ¤—

  2. I canā€™t take the distraction of Facebook, so Iā€™m closing that account. Sorry, not sorry. šŸ‘‹

  3. Iā€™ll be sharing money tools from an ADHD perspective going forward. Because even though my money tools are relatable to everyone, us ADHD kids need a little something something extra. I got you, Babes!! šŸ˜˜

And because if itā€™s too long itā€™s hard to keep our attention, you can expect short and sweet blogs from me.
